Still unsure about what I want to do with the water, I found a tutorial from a guy that made a painterly shader in UE4 that I wanted to try out.
The differences between this UE4 shader and the one I made last semester is that now it uses the post processing volume whereas before it was the material shader itself.
Both still viable options.

A note on narration:
The final narration voice is still undecided. My music guy sent me a version of the narration where he calmed the S’s a bit, removed as much of the background noise as he could, equalizing and slightly compressed the vocals so now I have a cleaner version of it. Though it was always meant to be a temporary voice ~ that I then got too used to. I briefly talked to Luke also about changing the voice as well because of his acting experience. He mentioned that if I stick with this voice then rerecording might be necessary as it is all one tone but also offered his help in the future to coach. I have also been looking in other places for a voice such as fiverr and found this option I like a lot:
My music guy also offered again to post process the vocals to the best of his ability if they get changed which is nice.
